Where it started
Hi, my name is SIMONE, the founder of Safari Gals.
I’ve had the privilege of visiting some of the best safari destinations in Southern Africa with my girlfriends, and I want to share these experiences with women across the globe.
It all began during the stillness of the COVID pandemic when South Africa’s luxury lodges stood empty. Simone noticed that these lodges, with their world-class design, exceptional service, and breathtaking cuisine, were underselling their magic. While wildlife undeniably captivates, the lodge experience itself—a haven of luxury and privacy—was an untold story. Simone wanted to share this hidden world, and create a travel experience that resonates profoundly with women seeking not just adventure, but elegance and connection.
